CANCELLATION POLICY

To continue providing the best possible scheduling options to our guests, we do require 48 hours' notice should you need to cancel or reschedule your visit. Should you cancel your appointment with less than 48 hours' notice, a 50% per service cancellation fee does apply and will be due before a new date is scheduled. No shows are included under this policy. If you are more than 15 minutes late for your appointment, I may not be able to provide the service for which you have scheduled. I will make every effort to accommodate other services with the remaining appointment time. All artists at Tulsa Hair Society are independent operators and manage their clientele independently.
